Your contribution(s) to the project.
An assessment score on a scale from zero to ten of how much you feel you and each of your team members contributed to the project. A ten would indicate a team member who contributed significantly to the project while a zero would indicate a team member who didn’t contribute to the project. Project contribution team assessment	Proficient 2 points Every team member's name is listed followed by a numerical rating on a scale from zero to ten.		Satisfactory 1 point One of the team members lacks an evaluative numerical rating.	Below Expectation 0 points No team member assessment ratings are included in the report.	2 points
